put up a code, either text or image, prior to or right after
submitting. If I check your site and the code is not there,
I will only list your e-mail address.
3. If you have a site, I will not tolerate pornography,
homophobia or any other form of hate.
4. When filling out the form, do not use shortforms like
"D," long aliases or initials. Just a simple first name is
fine, or a short alias is acceptable. Please do not include
